Kelly Clarkson was an American musician and singer who became the American sweetheart after she took home American Idol in the first season. Not only was the winning that ushered Kelly Clarkson into the limelight and fortune, but it also secured her an arrangement with RCA Records 19 Recordings & S Records to release a variety of albums. Since then the win, she's released a variety recordings from her studio. Of these albums three of them made it to the top of the US Billboard 200 Chart while other albums were two centimeters from. She's one of the most successful artists to originate from her participation in the American Idol series. She was a bit flimsy as she found success with various themes and musical style, and often wrote her own songs. As a tribute to her talent and uniqueness, she has been rewarded with a variety of accolades and awards. In particular, she has won the Grammy Award a record three times. Aside from her career in music, she's also been featured on film and television. She also wrote the children's storybook River Rose and the Magical Lullaby as well as been associated with a number of charities.
